Policies

Booking An Appointment:

We work by appointment only. Please call the office at (508) 939 8400. While we are usually in the office during business hours, we may be unable to take your call while in a session. Please leave a brief message with your name and a return phone number. Calls are typically returned within the hour.

Your credit card will be needed to reserve your appointment.

If your are visiting our office for the first time, please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to fill out the client intake form.

E-Mail can not be used to make, re-schedule, or cancel appointments. Please call us by telephone.

Cancellations: 

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated .We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment .We must pay the therapist for her time whether or not you arrive. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments including gift certificate session. Failure to do so may result in your being charged up to the full amount of the session booked. Missed or no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked.

Destination Calls:

One hour minimum of service is required to go on location. Services are available on a limited basis and for the area of Edgartown only.

Fees are from $110.00 per person for a one-hour treatment. Chappaquiddick travel: Add another $30.00. For any destination service after 6:00PM, add $20.00.

Forms of Payment: Cash, all major credit cards, and “island” bank checks are accepted. A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. Pricing indicated on this web site is subject to change at any time. Mailing address:
